What types of payment do you accept?
Orders are Prepaid or a 60% deposit is required to place
an order, with the balance due prior to shipping. We will
notify you when we are ready to ship with your balance
due, including shipping charges.
Payment methods accepted are MC/VISA/Discover/AMEX and business check.
We do not offer Net 30 accounts or COD at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: Online orders need to be paid in full
with Credit or Debit card when the order is placed.
Do your prices ever change? Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

What is your Return/Cancellation Policy? At this time, we do not offer Returns or Cancellations for Wholesale orders – unless you have damaged claims, as described below.
How will my order be shipped?
And how much will it cost to ship my order? USPS/FedEX is the shipper of choice, where available, unless another carrier is requested.

What if my order arrives damaged? We take pride in delivering high quality products, and extra effort is taken to protect your order against damage. In the event that some damage should occur, or if you receive defective merchandise, please contact All Moms Go To Heaven as well as your delivering carrier IMMEDIATELY. Please keep original packaging for inspections. All Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
What happens if something I ordered is not in stock? We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is shipped complete. However, we will not hold up shipping unless necessary, and will notify you prior to shipping to inform you of any backorders.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped within 48 hours, depending on the time of year and the products ordered, with the exception of our Christmas ornaments. As much advance notice, when possible, is best to ensure delivery as promptly as possible. Please contact our customer service department for more information about delivery schedule.
